Teale Hamilton
Director & Principal ConsultantSTH Solutions Australia is led by Teale Hamilton, Director and Principal Consultant, with over 15 years’ experience working across coal mining operations in the Bowen Basin.
Teale brings extensive experience across both large, global mining organisations and mid-tier operations. This includes working within established corporate frameworks as well as building Safety and Health Management Systems, critical risk programs, and reporting structures from the ground up in evolving environments.
Teale has led and supported operational transformation, including the reopening of operations and the transition of large-scale sites into new operating structures. This has developed a strong capability in navigating change, aligning systems to evolving operating models, and supporting leaders through periods of increased complexity and scrutiny.
Her approach is practical and outcomes-focused, grounded in an understanding of how work is actually performed. By working closely with leadership teams and frontline personnel, solutions are designed to integrate with existing systems, strengthen capability, and deliver sustainable improvements in safety, risk and compliance.
